RETURNS
Online returns must be received by our warehouse within 30 days of the shipping confirmation date. Once received by our warehouse, the return takes 7-14 business days to process. After processing, you will receive the credit within 3-5 business days. To ensure your return is processed and refunded quickly, please include your unused items and the original packing slip.
If you no longer have your packing slip, please include the following information with your return:
- Order number
- First and Last Name
- Mailing address
- Phone number
- Email address
- Reason for return
- Purchase date
- Payment method
