Is it mandatory to create an account to shop on Lav-Us?

No, it is not mandatory to create an account to shop on lav-us.com. You can always shop with us as a GUEST. However, creating an account comes loaded with multiple benefits like faster checkout, access to your order history and status etc. 

How do I create an account on lav-us.com?

Click on the ‘Account’ link on the top right corner of the main page and then click ‘Create Account’. Enter your name, email and password.  You are done!

Where do you ship?

We ship to all 50 states inside of United States of America

How much will I be charged for shipping?

Shipping costs are based on your chosen method. Total shipping charges will be displayed at checkout before order completion.

Do you offer free shipping?

We offer free shipping on all orders over $50

How do I track my order?

Once your package is shipped, you would receive an email with the shipper details and tracking number. These details could also be found in 'My Account' tab (if you had placed the order after logging in)

When will I receive my order?

We ship Monday through Friday excluding U.S. federal holidays. Please allow up to two business days processing time in addition to standard delivery time based on your selected shipping method.

Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order at any time, provided it has not already been dispatched. Please bear in mind that orders placed from Monday to Friday before 13h CET will dispatch on the same day. All remaining orders will ship on the next business day after they are placed.

Glasses are fragile items, how do you keep them undamaged during the shipment process?

We use special item-protecting elements and thick bubbles for our customers to get their orders in perfect condition as they expected. Our fracture rate in the last year is as low as 2%

 What if I received a damaged or defective item?

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us by info@lav-us.com and provide the order number from your confirmation email so we will assist you with your return. You may place an order for the replacement item(s) however, availability of replacement item(s) is not guaranteed.

What's your return policy?

we accept returns within 30 days after you receive shipping confirmation. Return shipping costs may apply, and the item must be in its original condition and packaging to be accepted.

When will I get my refund?

Once we receive your return, please allow up to 14 business days for us to process your refund. It can take up to 5 additional business days after the refund is processed for your bank to credit the funds back to your account.

How can I use my promotion code on lav-us.com?

In order to benefit from a special offer, you need to enter the promotional code during check-out.

In Your bag, you will see a field that says I have a promotion code on the right side of the screen. To use the promotional code, enter it in this field and click on Apply.
